Shipping from our Australian Warehouse
So we will leave the set up as is and all core ranges will continue to be shipped from our Australian Warehouse.
However, if any store that would like to receive their orders from our Utah warehouse, this is possible. I can put manual orders through for you. Just pop items in you cart and email me a screenshot, I'll send you a draft order to complete.
Please note, because this is shipping from the US Warehouse, you will be charged the USD wholesale prices. The USD prices are higher than the conversion of AUD prices due to tariffs. For example, a case of labels is $39 USD.
Exploring KATM Wholesale within Canada
At this stage, we are exploring and gathering data for opening up KATM Wholesale products shipping from BC. Currently, it's not financially viable at this stage.
As previously mentioned, we will be shipping the Advent Calendars from BC, as local shipping costs are way friendlier for these bulky cartons.
We are so grateful to you for supporting our products in your lovely stores, and we are working towards building the demand as well by working on brand awareness within Canada. When it is possible, we will keep you posted!
