KATM Wholesale does not accept returns or make refunds for change of mind. If there is a problem with your order please send an email to hello@katmwholesale.com so we can make this right for you. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

KATM Wholesale follows the Australian Consumer Law guidelines governing returns and refunds.
